• How can I change my account from monthly to annual?

• When I try to go to the GameSpot home page (www.gamespot.com) all I see is an ad that keeps running in an endless loop. Why?

  GameSpot requires a single cookie to be installed before the home page can be loaded. Please reference Google's guide to enabling cookies.

  How can I change my username?

We apologize but we are unable to change your username. Changing a username can cause unintended problems in the system, and therefore we only change them for very specific circumstances, which include technical problems or cases where public information needs to be removed from a username. We are unable to change usernames for any other reasons.
